Compensation: $70,000- $75,000 DOE
CPA firm is looking for a full-time Experienced Bookkeeper to join their Client Accounting Services (CAS) team.
As an Experienced Bookkeeper, your responsibilities will include:
Β Assigning all new Accounting Services clients to the appropriate staff person.
Β Reassigning jobs to maintain level workload with effective delegation of work to team members.
Β Monitoring workload and status of work deliverables.
Β Developing standards and procedures to ensure consistency of general services jobs.
Β Providing timely and meaningful feedback to CAS Director for use in annual evaluations of staff members.
Β Review financial statements prepared by staff on multiple bases of accounting.
Β Meet with current and prospective clients to assess needs, make recommendations for bookkeeping procedures and technology offerings, and provide training as needed.
Β Provide client support as needed.
Education, experience, and skills:
Β Accounting or Business degree required.
Β Minimum of 5 years experience as a full charge bookkeeper.
Β Well-rounded knowledge and technical skills in the area of bookkeeping services.
Β Experience using and knowledge of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
Β Ability to lead, direct and instruct CAS associates.
Β Ability to work in a professional manner with confidence and ease in the presence of staff and client representatives.
Β Ability to delegate effectively.
