Responsibilities...
Β Processing a high volume of orders on a daily basis with an understanding of specific requirements for each order/customer
Β Reviewing orders for accuracy
Β Providing customers with timely responses to questions on order status, tracking, and other general inquiries
Β Managing online customer orders and associated data via EDI portals
Β Generating internal reports to sales and production teams
Β Regularly communicating with the warehouse to ensure customer satisfaction
Β Invoice orders daily, weekly, and as needed
Β Supporting sales and marketing team as needed
Β Handling other general office duties including being able and willing to successfully rotate tasks within the department as needed
Requirements
Β High degree of proficiency and proven past experience in the areas of data entry using software, online portals, spreadsheets, etc.
Β Previous experience with ERP software
Β Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
Β Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Β Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Β Experience in a customer service and order processing environment preferred
Β Work in person in an office setting with sitting, standing, walking, answering the phone, using computers, and lifting office boxes
Β Ability to follow written, audio, visual, and verbal directions.
Β Masks may be required in common areas pending current local health department guidelines
Β Clock in/out on Browser based time clock
