As a Data Entry Processor, you will play a critical role in responding to member and partner policy inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Processor to join our Policy Administration team.
As a Data Entry Processor, you will be responsible for processing a large number of transactions daily, responding to member and partner policy inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. You will work independently, making decisions and solving problems as needed. You will also be responsible for handling confidential information and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities * Respond to member and partner policy inquiries, policy changes and updates, including changes in name, address, and social security information * Process beneficiary changes and changes in policy ownership * Handle requests for duplicate quarterly or annual statements, duplicate policy contracts * Respond to inquiries regarding policy values and historical policy data * Process a large number of transactions daily * Work independently, making decisions and solving problems as needed * Handle confidential information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements * Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity * Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes Essential Qualifications * 2 years of experience in data entry or administrative work * Associate's degree or higher in a related field * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and make decisions * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to handle confidential information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements * Proficiency in bolthires Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook * Experience with data entry software and systems Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a related field * Experience in the insurance and financial services industry * Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance * Experience with data analysis and reporting * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Skills and Competencies * Working independently and making decisions * Problem-solving and analytical thinking * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to handle confidential information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements * Strong organizational and time management skills * Proficiency in bolthires Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook * Experience with data entry software and systems * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
