Job Summary As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our patient care coordination efforts. You'll be responsible for executing medical services methodologies, driving patient wellbeing results, and ensuring consistency of clinical pharmacy services.
Your primary focus will be on executing patient intervention pharmacy programs, guaranteeing compliance with clinical pharmacy services, and driving pharmacy financial performance by executing on pharmacy projects to boost repayments while improving patient wellbeing results. Key Responsibilities * Execute direct patient care programs, including but not limited to Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects. * Drive consistency and quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes; monitoring and evaluating results; and implementing changes.
* Ensure region pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines. * Drive local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business systems to organization financial objectives. Execute and implement patient intervention pharmacy projects to boost financial performance. * Uphold efforts to improve patient experience by focusing on healthcare services (e.g., patient counseling, medication management, drug treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or wellness services, such as vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs).
* Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership. Support staff training experiences and career advancement opportunities. * Conduct data and clinical audits and make vital decisions to ensure accuracy and propriety of medications. * Review patient records and profiles to ensure proper and safe medication treatment. Provide individualized patient/supplier discussion. * Utilize exceptional interpersonal skills to win the trust of patients by listening to their concerns and providing a sounding board for pharmacy issues.
* Provide feedback regarding the effectiveness of the Client Maintenance Program, including comments from patients as the value of individual consultations. Essential Capabilities * Current pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority. * Experience motivating colleagues to research and resolve issues. * Experience working with confidential information. * Ability to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends. * Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and tracking details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with fluctuating completion dates.
* Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete goals and determining when escalating issues is necessary. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction. Preferred Capabilities * Readiness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary. * Knowledge of insurance plans. * Familiarity with PC operating systems, including Rhapsody, Commitment, and Plus.
* Essential level expertise in bolthires Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting font type and size, designing cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a section, selecting a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, selecting page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets). * Essential level expertise in bolthires PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding outline level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view or running a slide show).
* Essential level expertise in bolthires Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and paragraph width, arranging, inserting images, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet or printing capabilities).
