Greet and handle clients in a considerate and friendly manner, handling cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets, calculating charges, making change, and balancing daily transactions. Check in baggage and freight, answering phone calls to provide information to guests, page clients, resolve issues or complaints, and assist as needed. Manage distressed clients due to oversells, delayed or canceled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage, resolving issues promptly and within guidelines laid out by the organization.

Provide current and accurate fare, schedule, reservations, flight arrival/departure information, and answer general inquiries from clients and other airport visitors. Complete forms and reports as required by the organization, composing anomaly and complaint reports as necessary. Perform other work duties as directed by supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as customer service, aviation, or hospitality.
