Job Summary

The HRIS Analyst, Business Process & Data will report to the HR function and be responsible for practical support of the core HR system, MyHR Connection (SuccessFactors Employee Central), including mass import execution, data accuracy, and system enhancement identification. The successful candidate will also serve as the primary partner with the IT Acquire to Retire team, acting as a liaison for the HR organization on system design and configuration development ideas. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to analyze and create solutions to business issues are required.

Key Responsibilities Execute mass data imports in MyHR Connection system, using mass load best practices in the bolthires service level agreement. Act as the business process owner for MyHR Connection, including assessment of new and existing enhancements, prioritization, communication, and change control to drive data accuracy, improve end-user experience, and support governance. Provide subject matter expertise on project implementations in support of HR technology. Review HR audit reports to ensure data is accurate, supporting data correction and root cause analysis to drive data integrity within HR systems.

Be the subject matter expert for reporting questions and requirements, partnering with the Workforce Analytics Analyst for any complex or new reporting needs. Create and refine training for HR systems to support end-user experience and ensure process compliance. Engage in the data transfer process, ensuring work instructions and process documents are created and shared. Support data validation efforts, including daily system integrations between SuccessFactors and related systems, as well as validation in support of project work.

Consult with end-users and IT partners to support business process and user experience. Continuous Improvement

The HRIS Analyst, Business Process & Data Specialist will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to apply automation and data to improve business performance, including SuccessFactors, Lawson, OpenText, and other HR technologies. In partnership with the arenaflex IT ATR team, the successful candidate will become familiar with arenaflex SuccessFactors configuration and design to support process development and system enhancements.

Enhance MyHR Connection (SuccessFactors) performance through business requirement gathering and data-driven decision making. Collaborate cross-functionally with HR COEs, HR business partners, and IT to identify and pursue development opportunities. Offer guidance and leadership to cross-functional projects, as assigned. Minimum Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must have: High School degree or GED 2+ years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems and/or Information Technology roles Demonstrated technical knowledge with core HR systems, including SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Expert-level skill in tools like bolthires Excel with proven ability to consolidate and work with multiple data sets. Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving skills. Change-oriented continuous improvement mindset skills. Ability to engage with personnel and vendors in a professional manner. Analytical capabilities, including report writing, requirements gathering, and system knowledge. Ability to work with a large volume of data, identifying inaccuracies, driving consistency, and maintaining root cause analysis.

Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on customer service, accuracy, and timeliness. The salary range for this position is $25-35 per hour.
