Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college coursework in healthcare or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in data entry or medical data preferred, with a strong understanding of electronic systems and data management principles. Proficiency in bolthires Office and data entry software, with excellent keyboarding skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or a related field. Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems (PMS), with a strong understanding of data analytics and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize data management processes.
