Job Summary: As a Data Collection Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for collecting, validating, and analyzing data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and performance improvements, and provide recommendations for implementing best practices and streamlined data collection workflows.

Responsibilities: * Data Collection and Validation: Collect and confirm data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness in accordance with established guidelines and quality standards. * Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and evaluations to collect relevant data factors and insights, using a combination of tools, databases, and research techniques to collect comprehensive datasets.
* Data Entry and Management: Enter collected data into specific systems or databases, ensuring that it is organized, categorized, and easily accessible for further analysis and reporting. * Quality Assurance: Perform quality assessments on collected data to identify and correct any discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies, ensuring data integrity throughout the collection process. * Documentation and Reporting: Document data collection processes, methodologies, and findings, and prepare reports or summaries that present the collected data in a clear and coherent manner for use by relevant stakeholders.
* Compliance and Security: Adhere to data security protocols, privacy regulations, and protection requirements to safeguard sensitive information and maintain the confidentiality and integrity of the data being collected. * Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and performance improvements within the data collection procedures, and provide recommendations for implementing best practices and streamlined data collection workflows. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, researchers, and project managers, to ensure that data collection efforts align with project requirements and contribute to overall business objectives.
* Timely Delivery: Meet deadlines and deliverables in accordance with project requirements, ensuring that data collection tasks are completed within the specified timeframes and adhere to established timelines. * Continuous Learning and Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, data collection methodologies, and emerging technologies to continuously improve data collection strategies and skills, contributing to personal and professional growth in the data collection field. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree required or GED with 1 year of experience in data collection, technical support, project management, data processing, system learning, or related field * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment * Experience working in a company's environment * Familiarity with system learning data processing needs and trade-offs Preferred
Qualifications: * Experience working with prototype assets * Experience in research or data collection * Experience with scripting languages and Unix/Linux environment * Experience using MS Office, Excel, Mac OS, Confluence, JIRA, and Wiki tools * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
