What You'll Do As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include: * Building analyses, data visualizations, and multi-purpose reporting that provide critical support to business activities and decision-making for the sign-up and trade item spaces. * Answering business questions and providing expert knowledge on various trade streams on D and bolthires to improve the customer experience and increase conversions. * Advancing the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborating in the design of demonstrative solutions, and delivering exceptional data experiences and products.
* Utilizing data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data. * Employing distinctive and inferential statistics (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Component Analysis, etc.) to understand companion behaviors/values, and have an impact across the business. What to Bring To succeed in this role, you will need to bring: * Unbridled curiosity, high intellectual and analytical pull, and an enthusiastic quest for data-driven experiences and business results.
* A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering). * 5+ years of professional experience as an analyst in an information and analytics space with exceptional SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance enhancement, and working with data at scale. * Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from unknown requirements, to an effective story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a tangible business result.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills. Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, and technical partners. Ability to present to senior leadership. Nice to Haves While not required, the following skills and qualifications would be a plus: * Master's degree in a quantitative field. * Demonstrated data analysis skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc. * Knowledge of marketing landing pages, join pipe, and trade spaces.
* Ability to identify and effectively communicate issues to leadership. * Counseling background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience. * Strong motivation and ability to work independently. * Exceptional written and oral communication skills. * Awareness of what's funny (optional, but a plus!).
