Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced predictive models and algorithms that utilize data at scale to automate and optimize business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product design, engineering, and business stakeholders, to design and develop scalable GenAI framework structures, brief engine development, and model selection strategy. Your expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling will be essential in driving business growth and innovation at arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement advanced predictive models and algorithms that utilize data at scale to automate and optimize business decisions Design and develop scalable GenAI framework structures, brief engine development, and model selection strategy Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product design, engineering, and business stakeholders, to drive business growth and innovation Develop and maintain large-scale data science projects, including data ingestion, processing, and modeling Work with product designers to develop and implement GenAI-based systems and tools Develop and maintain technical documentation and presentations to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of data science and artificial intelligence Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or equivalent experience 3 years of professional experience or equivalent industry experience Experience designing and developing deep learning, machine learning, optimization, and statistical models Strong programming skills in Python, with knowledge of SQL, Hadoop/Hive, Spark, and/or Scala Good working knowledge of numerical and statistical concepts, algorithms, and computational complexity Excellent analytical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations Preferred Qualifications MS or PhD in a quantitative field Experience with developing GenAI-based systems Demonstrated expertise in applied machine learning and deep learning techniques
