The Mechatronics and Sustainable Packaging (MSP) team at arenaflex is responsible for driving future innovation across all aspects of mechatronics and packaging. We focus on industrial hardware, control machines, robotic cells, autonomous vehicles, sortation, packing technologies, and packaging materials.
Our team collaborates with key stakeholders, including Operations, RME, ACES, Supply Chain, Transportation, and WW Design, to ensure the delivery of robust products that meet customer requirements. As a Quality Assurance Virtual Testing Leader, you will play a critical role in developing virtual platforms to test and verify solutions through simulations and emulations, ensuring high-quality product delivery and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities As a Quality Assurance Virtual Testing Leader at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: Developing, implementing, and managing simulations and Hardware In the Loop (HIL) environments to virtually validate end-to-end solutions with real-life software Ensuring that products meet required specifications for quality, function, operation, reliability, maintenance, training, deployment, process integration, and service and support prior to delivery Identifying and setting appropriate quality standards and parameters for products and communicating them to the product team, including hardware, software, controls, and materials development teams Coordinating simulations and testing processes, identifying and analyzing issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, and recommending and facilitating solutions Collaborating with internal customers, reviewing client, customer, and user feedback, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree (BS) in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or a related discipline 7+ years of proven experience leading or managing large cross-functional engineering teams with modeling, simulation, testing, integration, and/or quality assurance domain expertise Proven experience in fulfillment systems with storage equipment, material handling systems, automated sortation systems, and related automation equipment Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to travel up to 70% to business locations and project sites Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems, including robotics and high-speed manufacturing Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, operations, and management, as well as project managing skills to start and finish projects successfully Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, collaboration, analytical and abstract thinking, time management, and organizational skills Ability to work successfully across multiple large engineering and operations teams at a strategic level and drive quality across all products Experience with modeling and simulation tools, as well as test automation frameworks and methodologies
