Job Overview In this part-time position at the Associate Level, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients. With a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles, you will be well-equipped to handle incoming customer inquiries, resolve complaints and issues, and collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
