Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain software applications to support arenaflex's operations, including data entry, data analysis, and reporting Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience Perform data entry tasks to support the company's operations, including data cleaning, data validation, and data analysis Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions to enhance system performance Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-bolthires, and retrospectives Contribute to the development of new software applications and features, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Proven experience in software development, including programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ Experience with data entry, data analysis, and reporting, including data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI Strong understanding of database concepts, including data modeling, data normalization, and data querying Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including experience working with cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving skills, including experience with troubleshooting and debugging Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Experience with cloud computing platforms, including bolthires Web Services (AWS) or bolthires Azure Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning, including natural language processing or computer vision Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban Experience with DevOps tools, including Jenkins or Docker Experience with cybersecurity, including threat analysis or penetration testing Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong technical skills, including programming languages, data structures, and algorithms Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including experience working with cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving skills, including experience with troubleshooting and debugging Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including experience with agile development methodologies Strong attention to detail, including experience with data entry and data analysis Ability to learn quickly, including experience with new technologies and emerging trends
