Job Overview arenaflex's Customer Care division is hiring hundreds of Customer Care Representatives in the Las Vegas, NV area. We are looking for individuals who are interested in a flexible work schedule and are committed to delivering heart-driven service to our millions of plan members. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions.

Your goal will be to offer solutions that simplify our members' health care experience, leveraging your skills and knowledge to make a positive impact. Key Responsibilities Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans via inbound calls, providing clear and concise information about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Offer solutions to help simplify our members' health care experience, demonstrating a genuine concern for improving their quality of life. Utilize computer proficiency in Windows-based applications to efficiently manage member interactions and resolve issues.

Maintain adherence to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements in all aspects of the role. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date on the latest health care trends and arenaflex initiatives. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications: 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience.

Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications. High School Diploma or equivalent. Must live within 75 miles of Las Vegas, NV. Preferred qualifications include: Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner. Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life. Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards. Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence.

Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism. Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills.
