Job Summary As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for reading internal and external travel data from our business customers to build actionable insights for our business account managers, customer success consultants, and corporate travel managers.
You'll work closely with our sales team to optimize sales opportunities, illustrate the arenaflex value proposition to our customers, and provide data-driven recommendations to drive business growth. Responsibilities * Deliver customer insights and opportunities through internal and customer data, leveraging account manager insights throughout the sales cycle to achieve sales targets * Work seamlessly with account managers and the customer success team to provide sales using account strategies, tactics, proposal development, and powerful presentations * Actively participate in customer meetings to identify and address customer needs, present proposal development, and collaborate on opportunities and targets * Transform raw data into easily understandable, presentable, and actionable findings to identify opportunities and ensure performance, sharing them with senior leaders, sales team partners, customers, and others * Use technical skills (SQL, Alteryx, etc.) and business acumen to provide solutions to business requests and proactively identify new opportunities * Provide research and analysis of trends, and the development of new processes, tools, and reports to support increased sales from business accounts and improved performance in the sales cycle * Communicate effectively with customers presenting insights, opportunities, QBRs, and RFPs * Develop tailored reports to meet business needs and provide financial analysis to support business sales operational and customer activities * Engage in the development, improvement, and quality management of data sets through conversations with internal and external partners * Utilize appropriate data management strategies including privacy requirements * May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Knowledge of mathematics, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, economics, and their applications * Knowledge of the principles and strategies for moving people or goods by air, rail, sea, or road, including relative costs and benefits * Knowledge of the principles and strategies for showing, promoting, and selling services or products during the sales process * Skilled in identifying, collecting, organizing, visualizing, and assimilating information which may include transforming raw data into significant facts using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software * Skilled in using SQL to manage data and draw insights from large datasets * Skilled in advanced use of bolthires Excel * Skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or strategies to problems * Ability to clearly articulate complex subjects and distilled insights to multiple audiences, bridging the gap between data and stakeholders * Ability to focus, understand, and communicate thoughts through writing, speaking with others, or presenting to a group * Ability to think independently, work autonomously, manage ambiguity, and pivot quickly to resolve complex problems * Ability to combine pieces of data to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among apparently unrelated events) * Ability to independently transform raw data into clear and actionable insights, clearly communicate and influence others, execute strategies, and adapt for performance across multiple entities (companies, customers, industries, etc.) Education * Required: High School Diploma or GED Experience * Intermediate-level experience, pro and specialized expertise in: + Sales analysis and the transportation industry + Solving ambiguous problems and developing a clear action plan + Working with large datasets + Independently translating raw data into actionable insights + Influencing stakeholders to drive change Licensing/Certification * N/A Physical Abilities * Ability to perform work duties from a limited space workstation/desk/office area for prolonged periods of time * Ability to speak and engage with others in the English language to meet the needs of the job * Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the needs of the job Other Qualifications * Must hold a well-groomed appearance according to Company appearance requirements as defined in established guidelines * Must be a U.S.
