Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement data-driven solutions that optimize utilization management in healthcare. You'll work closely with our team of experts to design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics and AI solutions that drive business value and improve patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement data-driven solutions that optimize utilization management in healthcare * Design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics and AI solutions that drive business value and improve patient outcomes * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions * Develop and maintain complex data models, algorithms, and predictive models to drive business insights and decision-making * Work with large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions * Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders * Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs * Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and AI, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related field * 1+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field * Strong programming skills in R, Python, or other programming languages * Experience with SAS, SQL, or other data management tools * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders * Experience working with large datasets and developing data visualizations and reports * Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, or a related field * Experience with machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing * Experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies * Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques * Experience working with healthcare data and developing data-driven solutions for healthcare applications Skills and Competencies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders * Experience working with large datasets and developing data visualizations and reports * Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong programming skills in R, Python, or other programming languages * Experience with SAS, SQL, or other data management tools * Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques * Experience working with healthcare data and developing data-driven solutions for healthcare applications

Compensation and Benefits
The standard pay range for this position is $82,915.00 - $175,100.00 per year, depending on experience, education, and other factors.
This position is eligible for a bonus, fee, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range.
