Key Responsibilities Manage large amounts of incoming calls and customer service inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Schedule appointments for home repair companies and other clients as needed Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide personalized solutions Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with customers Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions Essential Qualifications Must be a permanent resident of Illinois, Iowa, or Wisconsin Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules as needed Proficient with the internet, data entry, and the ability to swiftly move between multiple programs Good typing, computer, and customer service skills Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote work setting Strong knowledge of a wide variety of industries and products Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Skills and Competencies Strong customer service and sales skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision Excellent time management and organization skills Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems quickly Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
