The Associate Customer Care Representative at arenaflex plays a vital role in receiving, evaluating, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their concerns. Knowledge of common computer configuration, strong computer navigation skills, and excellent English communication skills.

Ability to work in a logical flow to isolate causes of problems and determine potential solutions, with a keen problem-solving mindset. Ability to effectively prioritize and perform multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and organization. Prior experience with bolthires Windows Operating Systems and ISPs, as well as bolthires Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), is preferred. Average typing speed and excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly connect with people, establish a rapport, express empathy, and project confidence.
