Key Responsibilities Perform analysis using relevant tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python) to drive business decisions and improve outcomes Own projects from start to finish, covering problem definition, metrics development, data extraction and manipulation, visualization, and presentation of results to stakeholders Address complex or new issues by leveraging the capabilities of existing systems and collaborating with teams to break down broad problems into actionable work Oversee the integration of cross-functional/project/process timelines, drive improvements and recommendations, and define operational objectives and targets Provide guidance and achieve results through leading/influencing the contributions of others Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field At least 3 years of experience as a team lead or manager in a technical influential role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive insights and recommendations from data analysis Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: 3 years of work experience using analysis to solve product or business problems, performing statistical analysis, and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL) 3 years of experience as a team lead or manager in a technical influential role
