Job Summary As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, supporting our Sales Representatives, and contributing to the growth and success of our Sales Department.
You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and product knowledge will make a significant impact on our customers' experiences. Key Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding their expectations * Support our Sales Representatives by providing product information, answering questions, and escalating issues to the appropriate team members * Accurately input sales orders, update customer price sheets, and maintain accurate customer price lists in Seasoft * Develop product knowledge and market information to stay up-to-date on industry trends and pricing rationale * Compile sales data and provide insights to support business decisions * Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Sales Department * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction Essential Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent * Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university is a plus * Three to five years of progressively responsible, related experience in a customer-facing role * Ability to learn Seasoft software package * Proficiency in bolthires Office Suite * Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to transfer attention from one task to another frequently without affecting performance Preferred Qualifications * Experience in a sales or customer service role in the industry * Knowledge of Seasoft software package * Familiarity with bolthires Office Suite * Excellent telephone skills and etiquette * Ability to work flexible hours as needed Skills and Competencies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes * Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
