Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our Talent Acquisition Team, supporting the Recruiting area in the following key areas: * Identification and Initial Contact of Potential Candidates: Support the Recruiting team in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches, utilizing your analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Proposal of New Alternatives: Develop and propose new strategies for identifying candidates, staying ahead of the curve in the ever-changing job market. * Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in our current processes and propose innovative solutions to enhance our recruitment efforts. * Job Portal Management: Manage job postings on various portals, evaluating candidate applications and ensuring seamless communication with our Recruiting team. * Professional Profile Analysis: Analyze professional profiles on job portals to identify top talent for our searches.
