Job Summary As an IT Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing expert-level IT administration, project management, and support to ensure the operational sustainability of our airport communication spaces. You'll work closely with our IT teams to identify and resolve technical issues, implement new systems and processes, and develop strategies to improve our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities * Provide IT administration of all site executions, inventories, system planning, and maintenance activities for server farm basic infrastructure, IT lab equipment, and remote communication room basic climate hardware. * Support IT labs to align our client application and design teams with workstations, equipment, and access to test their applications. * Collaborate with remote teams to coordinate IT operations, including basic framework support and break-fix activities at remote communication rooms.
* Manage, operate, support, and monitor all basic offices infrastructure for server farm and remote communication room equipment. * Develop and implement server farm and remote communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure. * Support IT offices grounds fiber ring to maintain the integrity and service progression of the Atlanta airport and grounds offices underground fiber ring. * Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines. * Ensure compliance with all governing corporate standards and regulations.
* Manage project execution of server farm and remote communication room capital enhancements, upgrades, and improvements. * Select IT and basic offices services, ensuring accurate documentation, obtaining best prices for products and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual obligations. * Oversee the planning, execution, and vendor support of suitable electrical power, A/C, fire suppression, security, floor maintenance, and cabling programs for communication rooms. * Provide proactive and break-fix support for alarm/ticket remediation related to offices, remote communication rooms, lab, and server farm hardware.
* Ensure operational sustainability of airport basic climate framework. * Develop Plan Standards for
Remote Communication Room Space, bolthires, central air, Generators, and Fire Life and Security (FLS) systems. * Coordinate remote airport basic infrastructure maintenance and break-fix activities. * Conduct survey/store maintenance records. Ensure errors are remediated. * Provide remote occurrence management to airport basic hardware. * Provide remote installation, setup, and operational support. * Maintain strict adherence to change control procedures.
* Balance multiple priorities within established time constraints. * Demonstrate adaptability to support an activity with varying shifts, extended hours, and availability for potential emergency requirements. * Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. * Consistently prioritize the safety and security of self, others, and personal data. * Embrace diversity, inclusivity, and different perspectives. What Will Give You an Edge (Preferred Qualifications) * Four-year degree or 5+ years of relevant experience * IT Project Management experience with at least 3 years within a high-availability communication room or server farm operating environment, daily operational requirements, and the operation of production systems and equipment * Knowledge of server farm technology and basic offices infrastructure * Experience with project management of remote communication room capital upgrades, overhauls, and improvements * Experience with capital planning and project management for airport basic hardware life cycle substitution * Support of Corporate Land projects that involve remote communication room design/operation and on-site appraisal reporting * Space, bolthires Power, and basic cooling capacity management * Selection of basic offices services, ensuring accurate documentation, obtaining best prices for products and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual obligations * Oversight of the planning, execution, and vendor support of suitable electrical power, A/C, fire suppression, security, floor maintenance, and cabling programs for communication rooms * Proactive and break-fix support for alarm/ticket remediation related to offices, remote communication rooms, lab, and server farm hardware * Operational sustainability of airport basic climate framework * Development of Plan Standards for
