This Role * As a Data Entry Specialist II, you'll be part of a dynamic team that drives the financial success of arenaflex.

What You'll Do * Perform fundamental accounting tasks, including reviewing financial data, processing claims, and updating records. * Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies promptly, collaborating with external contacts as needed. * Enter financial data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
* Review and process daily traveler ticket and auxiliary discount demands. * Distribute and store month-end closing reports, providing valuable insights to our team. * Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by your supervisor to support the division's and organization's achievement of objectives and business targets. All You'll Need for Success * Minimum Qualifications + High school diploma or GED equivalency + Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices * Preferred Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field + Previous experience in airline or travel industry accounting * Essential Skills and Competencies + Proficiency in bolthires Office, particularly Excel and Word + Knowledge of broad accounting standards and systems + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Ability to multitask with minimal supervision + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What You'll Get * Competitive
