Why you'll love this role * This position is part of the Consistency Group within the People/HR Division at arenaflex.
* Responsible for maintaining legal and administrative compliance by researching and communicating requirements. What you'll do * Support the HR Consistency group and Activities with tasks to include, obtaining fingerprint/individual verification results and processing unique fingerprint release letters; maintaining relationships with TSA, Airport Power Sheets, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services; faxing/checking US Customs results; and database entry. * Process daily FBI fingerprints into Access database and investigate any database issues.
* Plans and analyzes HR Consistency data between different records, working closely with HRIS and EC systems. * In this role, you will conduct advanced analyses, custom reporting/dashboards, and normalize all data used for HR Consistency. * Interface with clients and team members regularly * Audits completed Unique Fingerprint Applications and checking for accuracy and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse. Professional Training + 3 years of experience in HR * Preferred Capabilities - Education and Prior
Professional Training + Experience with Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) + Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database Skills, Licenses, and Certificates * Knowledge of advanced Excel skills like designing, creating complex equations, and Vlookup.
* Knowledge of advanced Access skills * Ability to decipher large datasets to develop significant reports * Remarkable dynamic skills and strong organizational abilities. * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Demonstrated critical thinking abilities. * Ability to regulate fair and consistent use of company policies and government requirements. * Ability to educate specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results. * Ability to function well in a team environment * Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications * Knowledge of the TSA Clearinghouse database.
