Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service and Tax Preparation Representative to on a seasonal basis. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service and Tax Preparation Representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Providing inbound customer support and resolving routine problems and questions regarding our products and services Assisting customers with tax preparation and providing expert guidance and support Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient customer support Offering additional products and services to customers to enhance their experience and meet their needs Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Recent tax experience and knowledge of tax preparation principles and practices At least 1 year of customer service experience and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences A high school diploma or GED and strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home and high-speed internet access (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and eagerness to learn new technologies and systems A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing during the application process and a smartphone for communication and support Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S.
address for residence and be authorized to work in the United States
