Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Entry
Professional to. The ideal candidate will have the ability to research and enter data on the Salesforce.com CRM platform, ensuring accurate and efficient data management. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping us serve the world in philanthropy and make a lasting impact. Key Responsibilities Data Entry: Accurately enter data into Salesforce, ensuring all information is up-to-date and readily available for our team.
Proper Pulldown Labeling: Ensure that all data within Salesforce is properly labeled, allowing for efficient tracking and analysis. Research: Utilize our tools, such as Spokeo and Snov.io, to research our clients and partners' contact information and bios, entering the data into Salesforce. Special Projects: With proven success and a positive attitude, take on special projects that contribute to the growth and development of our organization. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent training, with a strong commitment to intellectual rigor.
Strong data entry experience, preferably with Salesforce. Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working with nonprofit organizations or in the philanthropy sector. Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce. Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to accurately enter data and maintain records. Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, global team environment.
You will also need to be highly organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. A positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges are essential for success in this role.
