Key Responsibilities Provide legitimate counsel and suggestions to activity leaders and management inside various specialty units regarding issues of different complexities Demonstrate mastery in technology transactions, product counseling, intellectual property, marketing, security, and data protection regulations Structure and negotiate a wide range of business agreements in support of arenaflex's Digital and Data Analytics/Insights Organizations Partner with teams across arenaflex's Digital Product and Data Examination groups and close external partners to construct, deploy, and operate technology for use by clients and patients Work cross-functionally with the business, product, marketing, insurance, security, and technology teams to put up our digital product and service offerings for sale to the public Embrace arenaflex's digital product and service contributions, technology, security/data protection systems, and policies, and standard business and other agreements, to provide a foundation for offering legal support throughout arenaflex's
Advanced groups Maintain a understanding of arenaflex's organizations, technology, and product objectives, and challenges to establish and execute intellectual property portfolio strategies that facilitate those objectives, capture interests in innovation, and limit legal risk Essential Qualifications Juris Doctorate from an accredited graduate school and at least 5 years of post-bar lawyer legal work experience in a combination of law firm and corporate settings Required licensure to provide legal counsel in at least one state Required Illinois bar enrollment or active bar membership on favorable terms in at least one U.S.
jurisdiction Experience using time management skills, such as prioritizing/organizing and following details and meeting deadlines of multiple tasks with changing completion dates At least 5 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace At least 5 years of direct leadership, indirect management, and/or cross-functional team leadership Preferred Qualifications Able to act in a fast-moving environment where prioritization and ability to work independently are a necessity for success Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners Proficiency in using technology and software applications to manage and analyze data, and to communicate with stakeholders
