About the Role As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will embark on a rewarding journey that combines comprehensive training, competitive compensation, and unparalleled growth opportunities. Our 5-day paid training program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel as a Licensed Insurance Agent, including preparation for the State Insurance Exam. Upon passing the exam, we will support you in obtaining your license in all 50 states and territories where we operate.
Key Responsibilities In this dynamic role, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, resolving complex consumer issues, and providing innovative solutions to respond to customer inquiries. Your responsibilities will include: Resolving high-level consumer issues in a fast-paced environment while adhering to company and departmental guidelines Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns Providing support to policyholders with policy changes and adjustments as necessary Offering recommendations and adjusting policies to meet policyholders' needs Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex issues and share best practices Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you should possess: At least 6 months of customer service experience High school diploma or GED Ability to type 25 words per minute Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems Proven oral and written communication skills Logical problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Availability to work various shifts Preferred: 6 months of call center experience Work from Home Requirements To ensure a seamless remote work experience, you will need: A reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 12.0 Mbps and upload speed of 3.0 Mbps An internet service provider with no packet loss and ping under 50ms Proof of internet speed A clean and quiet workspace
