You'll have the flexibility to work remotely from the comfort of your own home, with the requirement to reside in Florida, Texas, North Carolina, or Nevada. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls from homeowners, residents of rental properties, realtors, and institutions promptly and courteously, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed in a professional and timely manner. Assist residents by providing service information and processing work orders when necessary, utilizing internal software and available resources to research information and provide accurate assistance.
Collaborate with Community Management staff and associates to address inquiries regarding unit and community information, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution. Verify and update customer information as needed, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to ensure exceptional customer service. Maintain open availability during Customer Care Center hours, with designated days off as specified for each state, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need, when they need it.
Pre-employment Training and Support To ensure your success in this role, we offer three weeks of comprehensive training, Monday through Friday. This training program is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence you need to excel as a

Equipment and Technical Requirements To perform this role, you'll need to have the following equipment and technical specifications: Own laptop or desktop computer meeting our specified requirements, ensuring that you have the necessary tools to perform your job duties efficiently and effectively. Reliable internet connection with minimum download and upload speeds, ensuring that you can stay connected and responsive to our customers' needs. Hardwired connection (Ethernet cord required) for stability, ensuring that you can maintain a stable and secure connection at all times.
Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following skills and qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to lifelong learning. Strong background in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues with ease. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required, as we value diversity and inclusivity in our workplace. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Proficient in problem-solving and analysis, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve customer issues. Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute, demonstrating strong technical skills and attention to detail. Benefits and
