Collaborate with Community Management staff and associates to address inquiries regarding unit and community information, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution. Maintain open availability during Customer Care Center hours, with designated days off as specified for each state, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need, when they need it.

Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following skills and qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to lifelong learning. Strong background in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues with ease. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required, as we value diversity and inclusivity in our workplace. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
