Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately entering patient orders, communicating effectively with healthcare professionals and patients, and troubleshooting issues to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter patient orders and related medical information into our company software application, adhering to the procedures set forth by management. Make timely updates and corrections to patient orders, ensuring that our records are up-to-date and accurate. Effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and patients, providing clear and concise information, and responding to their queries in a professional and empathetic manner. Collaborate closely with existing patients to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and dispatch corrective action via the appropriate departments within the organization.
Successfully manage both inbound and outbound phone calls, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times. Qualifications and Skills To excel as a
Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to possess a combination of essential qualifications and skills. These include: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer entry experience, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into our software application.
Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active-listening skills, as well as the ability to prioritize issues and respond accordingly. Time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple expectations in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork. Technology Requirements: To perform this role, you will need to have access to your own equipment, meeting the following technical specifications: Internet: High Speed (Minimum 50 mbps download /10 mbps upload) Ethernet port or adaptor: Must be hardwired to the internet (Wi-Fi is not supported) for PC or hard phone.
