Key Responsibilities: * Assist in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative analysis exercises, including data collection and preparation, data extraction and analysis, and report writing. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business objectives. * Develop and maintain relationships with research partners and stakeholders within and outside the organization. * Analyze and prepare regular and ad-hoc reports involving quantitative and qualitative data for various stakeholders.
* Manage assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and quality assurance. * Work closely with the Sr. Director and team to ensure that all outcomes are meaningful and drive key business decisions. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets.
* Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to join and manipulate large datasets. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise visualizations. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. * Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred
Qualifications: * Experience with data analysis tools such as SPSS, Q, or MarketSight. * Familiarity with survey tools such as Translate, Qualtrics, or SurveyMonkey.
* Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar. * Knowledge of programming languages such as R, Python, SAS, or STATA. * Postgraduate education in Statistics or a related field. * Quantitative analysis experience, either on the provider or client side. * Experience with analyzing survey data to extract meaningful insights. * Experience with membership-based business models and strategies. Work Environment and Culture: * This is a part-time, remote position with face-to-face collaboration from Monday to Thursday and remote work on Friday.
