About the Role We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Innovation Planning and Research team. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and innovation.
Your primary responsibilities will include: * Developing and maintaining complex data models and analytics tools to support business decision-making * Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions * Analyzing and interpreting large datasets to identify trends and insights * Creating data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders * Working with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and architectures * Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform data strategy
Key Responsibilities * Design and implement data-driven solutions to support business growth and innovation * Develop and maintain complex data models and analytics tools * Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions * Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights * Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders * Work with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and architectures * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform data strategy Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field * 2+ years of experience in data analysis and analytics * Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL * Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js * Strong understanding of data modeling and database design * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field * 3+ years of experience in data analysis and analytics * Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence * Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or GCP * Certification in data science or analytics Skills and Competencies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Strong understanding of data modeling and database design * Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js * Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL * Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or GCP
