The Role As an Account Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in growing our 3P market in the USA. You'll be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that cozy new products, fee pricing, and comfort to our customers. Specifically, you'll be responsible for: * Studying product selection gaps and executing GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our e-commerce platform and maximize our products' selection facet and customer base.
* Growing a thorough knowledge of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and worldwide developments/activities, and monitoring competitor efforts. * Figuring out, prospecting, and obtaining high-ability sellers to our platform via direct sales visits, events, and presentations. * Guiding dealers through sharing best-practices of online selling, consisting of statistics-driven insights that help dealers obtain high requirements of delivery, customer enjoyment, and business objectives. * Participating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems.
Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our e-commerce platform. * Study product selection gaps and identify opportunities for growth. * Monitor competitor efforts and stay up-to-date on market trends. * Prospecting and obtaining high-ability sellers to our platform. * Guide dealers through sharing best-practices of online selling. * Participate with and influence internal and external stakeholders to resolve vendor problems. Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree required.
* 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, preferably in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or a related industry. * Demonstrated achievement in exceeding income objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused process. * Strong communication and presentation skills, with a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs. * Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be enthusiastic about success and winning. * Commercial enterprise judgment with strong written and oral communication skills.
* Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities. * Ability to work with complex financial data and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications * 2 years of e-commerce experience. * 3 years of experience in the consumer electronics industry. * 3 years of direct sales experience.
