Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our Sales Analytics team on a full-time remote basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources, including records administrators, Salesforce, and arenaflex datasets.
Your primary objective will be to provide accurate and timely data analysis, insights, and recommendations to account directors to drive business growth and decision-making. Key Responsibilities * Collect data from various sources, including records administrators, Salesforce, and arenaflex datasets * Research and verify the accuracy of external data sources * Design and implement data visualization tools to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner * Support account directors in meeting their data requirements and needs * Utilize Salesforce to update account details, upload data, and manage projects * Participate in special projects and data analysis requests as needed * Provide customized reporting and recommendations to support business decisions and initiatives * Develop presentations with data-driven insights to inform business strategies and decisions Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, data analytics, or computer science * 2+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field * Proficient in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficient in Salesforce and data management systems Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree in a related field, such as business administration, data analytics, or computer science * 3+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Certification in data analysis or a related field, such as bolthires Analytics or HubSpot * Strong knowledge of data management systems and data governance principles Skills and Competencies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data insights * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficient in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software * Strong knowledge of data management systems and data governance principles * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
