As an Administrative Assistant & Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations and contributing to our mission. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct web-based research as needed, utilizing tools like bolthires searches to gather information and compile findings in bolthires Word documents, Open Office, or bolthires Docs. * Utilize CRM/ERP software, such as NetSuite and SalesForce, to manage data entry and customer relationships. * Provide administrative support, including retrieving, sorting, assembling, and maintaining files.

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. * Assist with bill processing and other administrative tasks as needed. * Collect and recycle outdated publications, and distribute new ones as applicable. * Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals, understanding arenaflex's strengths and weaknesses, and adapting to changing conditions. * Present information effectively to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. * Write reports, proposals, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Essential

Qualifications: * 2-year AA in a related field or 3-5 years of relevant customer service/business experience. * Administrative support experience, with a strong understanding of CRM and ERP software. * bolthires Office proficiency, including Excel and Word, with PowerPoint experience a plus. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and with integrity. * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred

Qualifications: * Experience with NetSuite and SalesForce, or similar CRM/ERP software. * Strong knowledge of Excel and data analysis. * Sales skills, with a proven track record of success in a sales environment. * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
