Requirements:

– Document customer interactions and maintain records

Educational Qualifications:
– High school diploma or GED required
– Associate or Bachelors degree preferred but not required
Experience:
– Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
– Experience in retail, hospitality, or call center environments is a plus
