XYZ Marketing Solutions is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Amazon Client Success Manager to join our growing team. As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while managing and optimizing our clients’ Amazon accounts to ensure their success and satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
– Proven experience in managing Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts
– Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC, and A9 algorithm
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
– High proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
**Responsibilities:**
– Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts for clients
– Develop and implement effective Amazon marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales
– Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations
– Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on account performance
– Handle client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success
– Stay updated on Amazon policies, trends, and best practices

**Educational Qualifications:**
