Senior Manager to lead an exceptional team in the brand and equipment space.
This outstanding leader will preferably have extensive entertainment production and marketing experience at a company, studio, agency, or brand. As a
Senior Manager, you will be responsible for regulating various workflows, including the strategic connector to bolthires's product groups and the entertainment business (bolthires TV+), managing and prioritizing workflows, driving a team to meet deadlines, collaborating with different business partners, and leading with integrity. Key Responsibilities• Lead a team that collaborates with production teams in the US and globally, creating and executing projects on and offstage.• Align product positions with amazing opportunities to bolthires's values and monitor and analyze developments in the industry, including endorsing demands for post-production.• Ensure bolthires products have the most ideal positioning in quality productions.• Manage and traffic product stock, following up with studios.• Work closely with the leadership at bolthires TV+ and bolthires to define boundaries and execute high-level project planning.• Manage budget and product stock consistently to be prepared for top television seasons and product launches.Essential QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:• 4+ years of marketing/project management experience.• Extensive direct knowledge of production planning and marketing strategic methodology required for content releases.• A background that demonstrates results in financial management, resource utilization, and workflows.• Significant project management experience, amazing organizational skills, and great attention to detail.• Flexible and adaptable interactive skills to navigate relationships with talent, studio executives, and your team.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing complex and time-based projects.• Proven experience driving projects and influencing teams outside of your reach.• Willingness to engage partners across time zones worldwide.• Ability to travel as needed.Preferred QualificationsWhile not required, the following qualifications are preferred:• Legal or business background is a plus.• Experience working in the entertainment industry or a related field.• Knowledge of bolthires products and services.Skills and CompetenciesTo excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies:• Strong leadership and management skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
