Job Description
Overview We are seeking a licensed commercial real estate appraiser to. The ideal candidate will have a CGRE license in NY, NJ, CT, PA, IL and/or FL. You should be comfortable working as a fee appraiser / independent contractor. You should have appraisal experience across industrial, retail and multifamily properties. Competency in land, new construction, and subdivisions is a bonus. As a fee appraiser, you earn a percentage of the assigned job fee. The opportunity is best suited for someone who can effectively work remotely and start part-time while working up to full-time at the earliest opportunity.
It is best to be located in Central or Eastern time zone. Responsibilities • Competent to complete a commercial real estate appraisal • Experienced in retail, industrial and multifamily • Willing to learn other asset classes • Team oriented to collaborate across multiple assignments simultaneously • Skilled in valuation software, advanced excel and word templates • Contribute to the writing of the report • Contact clients, real estate agents, local municipalities and others to gather necessary information needed to support the appraisal work.
