The Associate Client Relationship Consultant role within the Group Benefits team is designed for individuals who excel in relationship building and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position involves marketing various group benefit solutions, enhancing local brand presence, and managing client relationships to ensure retention and growth. The role offers a pathway for career advancement while contributing to the mission of making financial security accessible to all. Responsibilities β’ Efficiently market Group Life, Disability, Dental, Vision, and Critical Illness solutions through financial advisors for employer groups.
β’ Enhance networks and relationships through active participation in associations and industry events. β’ Grow and retain a block of group clients through expert renewal analysis and negotiation. β’ Collaboratively sell additional products and services, and assist brokers and employer groups with service issues. Requirements β’ BS or BA degree or 8 years of equivalent experience. β’ 0+ years of professional experience. β’ Insurance Licensing required based on state/federal laws and/or company policy. β’ Excellent persuasion, organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, time management, presentation, listening, oral and written communication skills.
