Our client, a global asset management innovator offering a diversified suite of exchange-traded products (ETPs), models, solutions and products leveraging blockchain technology, is seeking to hire a Registered Funds Counsel to report directly to the General Counsel. Person must have 4+ years of registered funds experience, and while the person must live within commutable distance to midtown NYC, this position will be mostly remote. Duties include: • Assist in the organization, registration and listing of ETFs under the Investment Company Act of 1940, Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 • Prepare and/or review fund registration statements, periodic reports, other regulatory reports and support general fund matters, including coordination with external counsel and service providers • Assist in maintaining ETF Board governance, including preparing and reviewing agendas, resolutions, minutes and materials prepared internally and by third parties for inclusion in the Board materials, including 15(c) materials Amazing opportunity for a registered funds attorney who wants to be challenged in an innovative environment while also having great work-life flexibility!
