Compensation Claims Adjusters. The role involves managing NY Workers’
Compensation Lost Time claims, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Responsibilities • Manage NY Workers’
Compensation Lost Time claims end-to-end • Determine compensability, establish reserves, and authorize payments • Coordinate with medical providers, employers, attorneys, and case managers • Negotiate settlements and manage litigation as needed • Ensure compliance with NY WC regulations and client guidelines Skills • Active NY Adjuster license • Experience handling NY Workers'
Compensation claims • Active NY Permanent Floater license • Active NY
