This is a remote position. The key responsibilities will be - • Handing projects independently • Writing insights/implications and presenting them to clients, whenever required • Mentoring team members and ensuring that they receive proper guidance Requirements
Experience: At least 3+ years of relevant experience Educational qualification: Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate from any of the Biology stream Soft skills: • Analytical bent of mind • Excellent communication skills • Cool temperament with effective interpersonal and negotiation skills • Good time-management skills Technical Skills • Basic understanding of MS office suite Other Criteria • A rare commodity that goes by the name of Common sense Benefits • Performance-based bonus • Medical Insurance of 5 Lakh • Accidental Insurance of 10 lakh
Salary: Above 5 LPA (as per the industry standard)
