Job Description:
The Retail Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and being part of a dynamic sales team. This role requires someone who loves engaging with customers, has great communication skills, and is passionate about delivering the best shopping experience possible.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and making purchase decisions
– Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards
– Support sales efforts by suggesting additional products or services to meet customer needs
– Manage cash register and handle financial transactions
– Help with inventory management and stock replenishment
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
– Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
