US Licensed Attorney Needed – White-Label Software Revenue Share Dispute I am seeking a US-licensed attorney (Delaware and/or New Jersey preferred) to assist with a commercial dispute involving a white-label software agreement. I am located outside the United States (non-U.S. resident). The counterparty operates from New Jersey, and the company involved is incorporated in Delaware. Key facts: - Written white-label agreement confirmed via email, establishing a 40% revenue share on software license sales - Agreement was performed for months, with partial payments made, confirming execution - Repeated payment breaches despite multiple extensions and explicit payment promises - Ongoing sale and redistribution of the software while blocking my access to sales platforms - Estimated unpaid amount: approximately USD 160,000 I possess extensive documentation, including: - Email agreement confirming revenue share and white-label terms - Discord and WhatsApp conversations confirming terms and payment promises - Payment records and transaction IDs from Whop - Evidence of software ownership and IP rights - Timeline of missed payments and access revocation Scope of work: - Legal review of evidence and agreement - Drafting and sending a formal demand letter / notice of breach - Strategy for recovery, settlement, and escalation if necessary - Guidance on IP misuse and accounting demands Only US-licensed attorneys please.
