Job Summary:
As a Shipt Grocery Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive their online orders in a timely and satisfactory manner. This includes picking and packing grocery orders at local stores and delivering them to customers’ homes during the scheduled time frame.
Responsibilities:
– Accept local orders through the Shipt app
– Shop for and pick grocery items accurately and efficiently
– Handle sensitive items with care, including perishable goods
– Deliver orders to customers in a timely and friendly manner
– Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally
Requirements:
– Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
– Reliable vehicle (1997 or newer) and personal auto insurance
– Ability to lift heavy items and transport groceries
– Familiarity with using a smartphone for navigation and communication
– Excellent time management skills
– Exceptional customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Experience in delivery driving, customer service, or related field is a plus
