Description:
Amazon is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in California. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our company.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the cause of the problem
- Expedite correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Maintain customer records by updating account information

Educational Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
Experience:
