Job Description:
As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing superior customer service and resolving their queries in a professional and timely manner. You will be expected to handle both inbound and outbound calls, accurately update customer information in our database, and escalate issues as needed.

Educational Qualifications:
