This exciting opportunity can be in Lafayette, LA; Knoxville, TN; Reno or Henderson, NV. For this project, a hybrid working model is possible, with the expectations of 25-50% onsite presence or as directed by the manager. Responsibilities β’ Analyze HR Business Processes: Work with HR stakeholders to understand and analyze current HR processes related to Core HR, Position Management, and Absence Management β’ ERP Configuration & Support: Configure and maintain the ERP system to support HR business needs, including but not limited to employee records, position data, and absence policies β’ Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document functional requirements for HR business processes and translate them into system configuration β’ Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and work on system enhancements to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency β’ Testing & Implementation: Participate in the testing of new ERP system functionalities, provide end-user training, and assist in reference table configurations, conversion and cutover activities β’ Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Provide ongoing support to HR users and resolve any system-related issues promptly β’ Data Management & Reporting: Ensure accurate data management and reporting within the ERP system related to HR processes, employee records, positions, and absence data Requirements β’ Experience: Minimum of 3 plus years as an ERP Business Analyst, with a focus on Core HR, Position Management, and Absence Management β’ ERP Knowledge: Expertise in ERP systems like Advantage, SAP, Oracle HCM, Workday, or others with a deep understanding of HR modules and functionality.
β’ Experience in Advantage HCM ERP is a plus β’ Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in the areas of employee lifecycle management, position control, and absence management (sick leave, vacation, etc.) β’ Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions β’ Technical Skills: Proficiency in using ERP configuration tools and HR reporting tools. Familiarity with data migration and integration concepts is a plus β’ Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization β’ Certification: ERP-specific certifications are a plus β’ Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's Degree; equivalent related experience may be considered in lieu of degree Nice-to-haves β’ Team oriented β’ Customer service oriented β’ Experience with User Centered Design β’ Understanding of configuration management and the systems development life cycle β’ Experience with ERP products β’ Knowledge of Agile methodology β’ Time management Apply tot his job
