About the position Responsibilities • Lead the solution design efforts for the system. • Ensure documented designs meet architectural, industry, and TNL IT standards. • Analyze complex business and systems requirements. • Design solutions for applications, data, processes, interfaces, controls, outputs, environment, infrastructure tools/utilities and/or testing. • Lead design and development of formalized solution methodologies using structured software design patterns and best practices. • Identify and translate system requirements into high level design (HLD), low level design (LLD), and interface design document (IDD).
• Ensure solution design aligns with Enterprise guidelines and meets business expectations. • Review the Solution Architecture document and create necessary design artifacts. • Contribute to project plans and bolthires estimates. • Work with developers to resolve ad-hoc technical problems. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field. • 5 years of relevant experience. • 5 years of experience with agile methodologies including Scrum, XP and Kanban. • 5 years of experience demonstrating an understanding of contemporary architectures, design patterns, best practices, and computer programming techniques on ETL/ELT maps.
• 5 years of experience with data migrations using Informatica Power Center, IDMC tools (CDI, CAI, CIH), Python, RESTful, JSON, Cognos, Shell Scripting. • 5 years of experience with API, XML, REST, and enterprise integration technologies including Web Services including SOAP and WSDL. • 5 years of experience leading small to medium functional onshore and offshore teams. • 5 years of experience with Conceptual, Logical, and Physical data models.
